Wafriq - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wafriq (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Wafriq”, “we,” “our” or “us”) governing your use of our products, services, information, contents and tools, mobile application (the “App”), and website (the “Site” and collectively with the foregoing, the “Services”).
By registering for an account, downloading the App, using the App, visiting the Site, or accessing or using the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you have no right to access or use the Services.

1. Our Services
Wafriq provides a platform that enables businesses to utilize the WhatsApp Business APIand cloud messaging services, including chatbot functionalities to manage their products and business communications.
2. Account, Password, Security, and Phone Use
To use our Services, you must register and create an account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities that occur under your Account.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from us via phone calls and text messages related to your Account and the Services.
3. Business Owners
A “Business Owner” is any individual or entity that uses Wafriq’s Services to manage their business activities.
4. User Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you or your customers submit or upload through the Services. Wafriq is not liable for any claims arising from User Generated Content and reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.
5. Communication by Text Message
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding communication with your users via text message. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before sending messages.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spamming, or distributing malware.
7. Billing and Payment
Payments for Services are processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your account for any fees incurred.
8. Termination and Suspension
Wafriq reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.Wafriq does not guarantee the reliability, availability, or performance of the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wafriqshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
